Half Term Learning Journeys

At Halfpenny Lane J,I and N School, we are extremely proud of our bespoke and highly ambitious curriculum offer, which is delivered to all our pupils. As a school, we have very high expectations for the pupils' academic achievement, behaviour and personal development. With this in mind, our teachers produce half termly learning journeys, which set out the learning pathway for the coming weeks. As we value the contribution our parents and carers make to their child's learning progress, we feel it to be very important that we share this information, as it provides real clarity with regards to the learning intent and planned activities.
